ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges on full priced clothing and shoes in unused, perfect condition with tags attached. Items that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned to customer. All discounted items, handbags, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE. Returns are subject to a $10 shipping fee and must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery date. To start a return, email info@haudrey.com.

RETURNING AN ONLINE ORDER IN PERSON

You are welcome to return an online order in store to avoid the $10 shipping fee. Please email info@haudrey.com to let us know you will be returning in store. The online return policy will still apply.

We accept returns on full priced clothing and shoes purchased in store for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on any merchandise purchased in store. Items must be in unused, perfect condition with tags attached. All discounted items, handbags, jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
